"Healing Together: Breaking Codependency and Finding True Partnership"

Ethan's Perspective:

"Before working with Tyler, our communication was broken. We weren't sharing our real feelings - just symptoms of our emotions. I didn't know how to create space for Jasmine or make her feel welcomed. Our fights were constant, and I wasn't sure if we would even stay together.

Now, I'm trying to be more intentional. I make sure to welcome Jasmine when she gets home, even if I'm busy. I've become more rigid about my time management, which paradoxically has made our relationship smoother. I'm thinking less about myself and more about 'us' as a unit. Tyler helped me understand how to be a better partner - not through hyper-masculine posturing, but through vulnerability and sincere actions. I'm creating healthy boundaries while still being emotionally present."

Jasmine's Perspective:

"Before Tyler's coaching, I was constantly anxious and ready to break up. I was obsessed with controlling Ethan's time, always worried about his ex, and feeling neglected. I would sit around sighing heavily, waiting for Ethan to entertain me. Now, I'm discovering myself. I'm cooking gourmet meals, walking my dog Kai, listening to audiobooks. I don't feel the need to constantly monitor Ethan or start fights. I've learned to identify my emotions and communicate them clearly.

Our relationship is 100% better. I no longer feel like I'm orbiting around Ethan's needs. Instead, I'm confident, independent, and more in love than ever. Tyler helped me transform from a place of fear to a place of compassion."

"From Denial to Presence: Navigating Addiction with Insight and Compassion"

"I'd highly recommend Tyler White for addiction counseling. He's one of the most insightful people I know, but he's incredibly kind about it. When I was struggling with tobacco and alcohol addiction, Tyler was welcoming and non-judgmental. He didn't just help me understand what was happening - he explored my relationship with addiction, asking deep questions like: 'What's your history with these things? What benefit do they provide?'

Tyler has firsthand experience with addiction, and he knows how tricky the ego can be. Things can start out helpful and then spiral without us even realizing it. He helped me see that I was actually deeply addicted to alcohol - something I didn't even recognize initially. During withdrawal, he guided me through an incredibly powerful process of self-discovery.

What makes Tyler special is how he helps you be honest with yourself. It's not about apologizing for being a 'bad person', but understanding how not being true to yourself hurts your relationships. He helped me learn to honor myself, listen to my heart, and be present in the moment.

Thanks to Tyler, I'm feeling more present in my body, learning to express myself better, and understanding that taking care of myself is the best gift I can give to the world."

"Sober Confidence: Reclaiming My Authentic Self"

“I used to think I needed to drink to be bubbly, to be me, to do certain things. But now it feels amazing to reclaim - or really, to claim who I am. During my time with Tyler, I lost the craving for alcohol, lost the want and need to drink. I found a way to be energetic and happy without it.

Before coaching, I had so many negative thoughts and so much self-doubt. I was always asking myself, "Who am I?" But now, I can be myself without alcohol. I can go out, have people drinking around me, and not feel the urge to drink. I've learned to challenge myself and ask, "Why do you want to drink? What would you be doing if you were drinking? How can you do that without the drink?"

I'm also working on some deeper issues - like my tendency to not say no and always sacrifice my own time for others. Tyler helped me start understanding my abandonment issues and how I tend to keep people around, even if it means sacrificing my self-love or self-respect.

My impulsiveness used to control me - with my time, with my actions, with everything. Now, I'm learning to take a step back, to ask myself if I'm doing something because I truly want to, or because I feel a need to save or please someone else.

If you're looking for a coach who can help you see yourself more clearly and grow in ways you never expected, Tyler is the real deal.”
